About BTC Course

  • D.EL.ED ( Formally known as B.T.C) is a 2-year full-time diploma certificate course which is divided into 4 semesters. Candidates who are graduated from any recognized board with a minimum of 50% marks are eligible to apply.
  • The course is offered at the certificate level in 2 years duration time & interest those candidates who want to make their career in teaching as a primary teacher in Gov school.
  • D.El.Ed courses cover teaching skills, historical patterns, some philosophical theories, and current classroom trends.
  • The students pursuing the course are taught about teaching skills, attitudes and behaviors, and other aspects that they need to know for the successful performance of their basic tasks.

  • The candidate after the completion of the course can become a teacher in various government and private institutes.

Education Qualification:

  • Candidate should have a graduate degree in any discipline (Gen. category – 50%, 45% for Reserved Category) from any recognized university by Govt. of India.

Age Limit:

  • Gen – Min 18 years and maximum 35 years
  • OBC/ SC/ ST – 18 years – 40 years
  • Handicapped – 18 years – 50 years
